“I stopped by due to an emergency. For whatever reason my rear view mirror decided to fall off and it took some of the glass with it. It required a new windshield. I drive an older car, a 2005 Acura. I was treated very well and my windshield was replaced without issue. I also requested that they look at few other cosmetic issues with my car and they were taken care of too. I would highly recommend Juniors Collision Repair!!!”

“The website had me get the wrong rotors and pads. Spent all day trying to replace them and had to go back to the store multiple times to get everything corrected. The assistant manager schuyler helped me every time and made absolutely sure I was taken care of. He even chose to go out of his way and calm me down from my frustration of getting the wrong parts and working on a jeep since ten in the morning. That dude. Is awesome.”

“I set an appointment on a Saturday morning. The store is in the middle of a remodel so there were challenges that wouldn't be part of the regular experience. All safety procedures were followed, ground guide into and out of the bay for example. The technician replaced the tires and value stems (TPMS service packs), balanced the tires, and remounted with anti-seize. They torque the lugs, and have a second tech verify, then drive the car in a figure 8 and check them once again. Overall, I wouldn't have done any step differently.”
