“I cannot say enough good things about the team at Anders. I was in a minor car accident less than a week ago. Within hours of the accident, they had assessed the damage and were willing to take it same day to fix it. Most shops quoted me days before they would even look at it, not to mention the time I would need to wait to get the repairs done. The body work was done within days, and they also fixed a broken sway bar. To top it all off, they also cleared up my headlights that were super foggy, at no additional cost.. I’ve used Anders Automotive before, and will absolutely be back. It’s comforting to have a good auto shop in my back pocket that I know provides quality, efficient, and reasonably priced work.”
“Vehicle batteries have gotten pretty pricey. Although you get a 2 year warranty with new batteries. You still can't beat the price that this place sells. The life expectancy of a recycled battery is 2 or more years. But even if one of his batteries doesn't last 2 years. You could buy 4 recycled batteries for the price of one band new battery w/ a 2 year warranty. Draw back is the store hours. But the savings are worth the wait for the place to open.”

“Irene was amazing. I stopped in to exchange a bad alternator I bought online. I was completely unaware of how hard this company makes it for their employees to exchange. We waited forever for tech support for them to tell us they could not help us. None the less Irene got me taken care of. This location is amazing. But I do feel the company needs to make a process like this a lot easier. Especially for their staff. I couldn’t imagine the stress they go through due to how difficult the process is.”

“BCA Collision was recommended from a mechanic in the area I trust to fix damage to a car door. I got in touch with Dimitri and he was great to work with. He gave me a fair estimate that was a better price than the other bid I had from a different shop and he was able to get it done much quicker. He completed the work on time and did what he said he would do. Based on my experience here, I would definitely recommend BCA for auto body work.”

“I normally go to O'Reilly for car parts and other automotive things; they have a great selection of parts, fluids, and tools, plus fast delivery of anything they don't have in-store.
This particular visit (Dec 22), I needed to fill the oil in my brother's car that has a small leak. I dropped the oil cap down in the engine bay where I couldn't see it, and I was in a dress shirt which made it hard to lay on the ground or reach into the bay to try to get it.
An employee named Edward came out during his break and offered to help. He grabbed a flashlight, looked around, got on the ground and tapped the oil cap off the undercarriage cover onto the ground, and layed on his back to reach under the car to grab it.
He had no obligation to do that, especially when it took 10 minutes of his break looking for the cap. He seems like a great employee”
