There were a couple of paint flakes on the front and rear bumper. They repainted them both with Lexus 3-step paint and now the car looks brand new. The were timely and reasonable on price. I waited in the lobby while they worked (since they were able to fit me in so I didn't have to leave my car), and I was immediately informed of everything they looked at that the car dealer mentioned. They made it clear what was fine and what actually needed to be addressed, clearly not trying to upsell me on anything. That is evidence that this is a reliable, trustworthy business. “I came in at aprox 11:30 pm on a thursday to the nights parts counter. My 02 tahoe had a broken rear coolant line and no other parts stores are open this late. The young man working the counter didnt hesitate a second to see what he could do to help me out. "Unfortunately the line itself isnt available anymore." he says. This didnt stop him from giving me alternatives, even if just temporary, to get my tahoe rolling. He went above and beyond my expectations to find the right parts that were readily available. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I came in at 11:30pm, they close at 12:00am. Not once did i feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. “We had an exceptional experience purchasing our new 2024 Highlander Platinum from Molle Toyota. Prior to our scheduled appointment to purchase our new vehicle, we had several phone conversations to coordinate the purchase and trade in process.Each team member that we interacted with helped to facilitate a great customer service experience. Upon our arrival, we were greeted and informed that we would be helped shortly. Samuel, our sales consultant, was very energetic, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and communicated very well by phone and in person. He thoroughly explained the process, walked us through the purchase and trade-in documents, and answered our many questions. Tyler, the sales manager, checked on us periodically throughout our visit and answered additional questions. We concluded our transaction with JR, the financial services manager, which was a smooth and easy process. As we took possession of our new Highlander, Samuel took the additional time to sit with us in the car to review the features on our new model, especially the instrument panel and touch screen. Overall, the Molle team was professional, friendly, and very customer service oriented. We enjoyed our car buying experience, and highly recommend Molle Toyota.”
