βJim has worked on my muffler and my teenage daughters brakes recently and is such an honest and fair man. His work is excellent and he really knows what he's doing. I would highly recommend any and everyone to go see him for any muffler or brake work needed. You won't be disappointed!β

They worked well with insurance and the rental car experience was just as amazing. Family had previously had work done there and had the same great experience. The installers are frankly as kind of people as you'll ever meet. They're ACES.

βThe best shop in KC by far, I've been taking all vehicles here for several years now and have never had an issue. If you're looking for a shop that will treat you like a person and not just a number, highly highly recommend gradys. It can be intimidating as a woman to walk into a shop worried you're going to get taken advantage of or upsold but that's not a problem at gradys.
They are affordable, timely and pleasant to work with always. They are honest people and will tell you if it's not worth sinking your money into repairs and instead get a different vehicle, they could have milked me dry a few years ago with a problematic vehicle but instead guided me to replace it where other places would have had me sinking money into a pit.
They stand by their work as well, I had one issue on an old vehicle that I felt like wasn't fixed fully and Gina made sure the mechanic redid it.
Wonderful shop, wonderful people, I won't go anywhere else. Give them a chance, you won't regret it. I recommend them to everybody.β

βToni got all the dents out of my 2007 Honda Accord for a great price! I had a dent above the front passenger wheel and some dents on the back bumper and a dent on the side of my door. All were removed by Toni and my car looks just as good as it did when I first got it. If you need work on your car for a great price Toni is your guy. 5/5 stars highly recommended!β

βLike a good BBQ spot, they are always busy. I have been grateful for their work for a few years now. Also, if you get 'sent up the mechanic ladder' for troubleshooting in the wyco lake area; the ladder finishes here. Their pricing is fair and their results are obvious.β

βWe have been going here for our tire needs for years. This is the definition of a mom & pop place. No shiney sales floors and no big garages. You walk into the shop and tell Gene what you need. If they don't have it they will get it quickly. They mount and balance the tires then roll them out to your car on the lot and install them. They do tires and they do them well, you do not have to worry about them trying to upsell you on unecessary repairs, that's not their thing, they do tires.
When you go to L&M it feels like you are stepping back in time forty years. I mean that in the absolute best way. His business is about the customer, getting you what you need and back on the road. He is friendly and all of his workers a fast, professional and most importantly, competent.
I give them a try, you will not be disappointed.β

βI didn't buy a car today, but if I'm ever able to id like to do business with Miss Becca who was kind enough to shoot me straight about my options. She didn't sugar coat it blow smoke. Hansen automotive is legit. I'm glad I made the stop to see the pretty/ ugly green Chevy. I wish it was my truck and that had a better one sitting in its place, but it's just not in the cards for me.β

Despite not having enough mechanics for the workload, the manager on duty still had a smile on his face. He could've used his situation to dictate how he treated customers but he didn't. I give him props for that.

βI cannot say enough good things about the team at Anders. I was in a minor car accident less than a week ago. Within hours of the accident, they had assessed the damage and were willing to take it same day to fix it. Most shops quoted me days before they would even look at it, not to mention the time I would need to wait to get the repairs done. The body work was done within days, and they also fixed a broken sway bar. To top it all off, they also cleared up my headlights that were super foggy, at no additional cost.. Iβve used Anders Automotive before, and will absolutely be back. Itβs comforting to have a good auto shop in my back pocket that I know provides quality, efficient, and reasonably priced work.β
βIt's been a while since I've gotten work done. But they have put in every muffler on any vehicle myself or my mother has owned. They are the best. Very friendly and kind. Tell it like it is and are honest. Love this place. Making my review now because I'm going to be coming to them soon for a muffler . Happy to see they are still in business.β

βDustin and his crew did an excellent job repairing my 2022 Silverado after part of a tree fell on it. They where professional and with in a couple of days of when they said it would be finished. will definitely use them again and recommend them.β
