A note for women and young women especially- there have been many times that other shops have assumed that they could take advantage of me or charge me for services that weren’t required. There was no pressure, and the repair was completed in a timely manner. They did excellent work and even checked my fluids while they had the car. “I have been coming here for years and I can't say enough good things about them. My truck wouldn't start and it wasn't the battery. I was getting ready to call a tow but thought I would call them to see if there was an easy fix. They offered to come out to my house start the truck and took it back to the shop to fix it. Sometimes work on the road and my wife has to take our vehicles in. They treat her with full respect and don't try and rip her off.

“I've been to Hafkemeyer a few times. I have an 05 Mercedes and generally work on it/fix things myself, but when it needs to be in the air or requires expertise, I take it in. I can't say enough good things about Casey and co. They always take the time to explain and/or show you what is going on and clearly care. Casey is also very friendly and interesting. They are reasonable, and, during this most recent visit when I took my car in for a job, they also replaced another part, as is standard for the service I needed. When this was explained to me, I said that I had just done that job. Casey said not to worry and that he would write it off. They also spotted a pesky oil leak and fixed it for a very reasonable price. These guys are incredible and when I'm in town it's the only place I'll be going.”

Talked with and explained everything in detail, listened to my suggestions, didn't try to do more work or sell me something I didn't need/want/could afford. Very reasonably priced. Even squeezed in a quick headlight change last second for my mother in law. Very worth while and trustworthy mom and pop shop. These men try to make sure they're putting you in a car that will get you home every night”
