My woman got a job at this location and was really excited to work there, but instead of actually giving her work they barely put her on schedule or just send her home hella early. If your gonna give people a job at least give them the hours and pay too.

Rude staff. I attempted to see if they would allow a grace period on their coupons, since there was a sale on hand creams yesterday I wanted to do a buy online pick up in store order- but the cream I was looking for said it wasn’t in stock. I waited til I visited today, and it was indeed in stock and they had 2 whole containers of them. I asked the cashier if she would be able to price match due to them being deceptive that the item wasn’t available when there was more than enough and she flat out told me “No, because the sale was yesterday”. So I told her I didn’t want the hand creams to ring me up so I can redeem a reward and she seemed incredibly annoyed I was doing that. I will not be back in this store, and this has left a really bad experience as I am an out of town customer visiting this store for the first time.

i wanted to do a customer satisfaction survey, but since there isn't one, this is the next best thing. every store has different inventory, so i can't rate the store based on that.however, i can rave and praise the workers here! leslie, nathalie, and trinity are all amazing employees and went above and beyond for me! they were so kind and patient as i explained a fairly annoying process i wanted to do, but they took everything in stride and helped with so much care and positivity.

Inventory is all over the place this store is very disorganized and you can’t find things. Gina, store manager much to be said - not helpful and just very dry personality. The cashier was much friendlier.This store was my favorite store before with friendly and welcoming smiles. Perhaps you should change management.

The products I've ordered from the site, arrived within the window it projected. Unfortunately, I still have to go to the brick and mortar to smell the new scents, and even buy there? ?

Love my wallflowers! I love the new fragrance carrot cake and I'm grateful and glad they came out with a plug-in with the same sent and finally a 3 week candle instead of just one wick. I do believe the ceramic items to set candles on are extremely overpriced and even though there are some for past holidays they don't even marked down which I've never seen a business not do when they are past a season they had Valentine's Day stands that could hold candles but they were not mark down in any way shape or form. I think $40 is way overpriced for a small cute little butterfly stand that is ceramic and could easily break. The candles and the plugins are worth the money at the stands that are put out 450 and $40 are way too much money.IMHO.

Love this location! I just went in today and the manager and gal at the front were so nice and helpful! I went to the BBW at Oak Park Mall yesterday, paid for 5 wall flower scents and only made it home with 4. Didn’t get the receipt I asked for either. I called this morning and they asked me to bring them back in (even the one I already put in the wall), in order to get the 5th, even though I was able to tell them the scent that got left behind. I explained that I live 45 mins away and asked if they could call Legends to allow me to do it there, but they wouldn’t. I ended up just going to the Legends location and explaining the situation, and they took care of me right away! Very pleasant experience today and always!

The worst customer experience I've had, and I was apparently dealing with someone who had "codes" therefore a supervisor/manager. It is never okay to mock your customers, or lie to them. I will not return to this location again.

I love how it smells as soon as you walk in or as soon as you open the door I should say they have everything a girl needs as far as lotions and bath items but went in there looking for one specific thing and I didn't find it but it's not their fault it's okay. I love their candles especially.
