Jordyn very easily could have left it my problem, but she helped me through what I needed to do, and always with a friendly and warm demeanor. She even followed up to confirm everything was as it should be and I'm taken care of. I've heard some absolute horror stories about Enterprise, but legitimately don't see how those stories could come from a location with such awesome staff. Thanks Jordyn!”

“Rental process was quick. I've previously rented from this location without an problems. However, there were obvious stains on all the seats and the car smelled like cigarette smoke. A cigarette lighter was later found wedged in the driver's seat. No problems with the car rental process, the employees, or the car itself other than the lack of attention to detail during cleaning.”

“I highly recommend Enterprise for your car rental. The staff was very friendly and professional. What I liked the most is they picked me up from BStreet and drove me over to Enterprise. Then the young man assisting me had the car ready to go in less than 5 minutes.
After my car was repaired I just left my car at BStreet and the front desk called Enterprise to get the rental.
The process is super efficient and easy. If I have to rent a car again I will definitely use Enterprise!!! ?”
