“Last week I took my '25 Kicks SR into the Service Dept. with a rough running engine. Service advisor Matt Piepho called me with the diagnosis (EGR cooler broken) and provided me with a loaner car since the part was back-ordered. Matt called me 6 days later....part in and car repaired. They also performed 41 multi-point inspection......car running perfectly.

Thank you so much OLIVIER YOU WERE AMAZING, I had a reservation that feel through so after that unexpected twist i had to find a vehicle so I work in the crown center area, and yes I saw previous reviews never the less i believe in finding out for myself, and let me say this THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE WAY OLIVIER WANTED TO HELP ME, WAS NOTHING I HAD READ THIS MANGER WENT OUT OF HIS WAY WHEN HE DID NOT HAVE TO I NEVER GOT AN EYE ROLL OR ANY OF THE OTHER NEGATIVE THINGS I READ, OLIVIER WAS VERY PROFESSOINAL AND PLEASANT. I HAD SPOKE WITH A FEW RENTAL COMPANYS AND PEOPLE WERE VERY SHORT WITH THEIR ANSWERS, BUT NOT HERE SO THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU !!!!!!”

When checking out they caught an issue with the vehicle we initially rented and upgraded us to a premium vehicle at no extra charge. Shelton P.
