“I wanted to write a review about both the pros and cons of my experience with Alamo.We originally booked a car rental in Denver with Alamo and intended to bring the car back to this location. Due to flight cancellations and weather, we ended up driving back to KC. The Denver Alamo location was then attempting to charge a significant amount of money for the change, when ultimately the issue was their fault due to us not being able to get in contact with them after multiple attempts.At the KCI Alamo, i was able to work with a lady named Lyric. She listened to my situation and the multiple issues we had with the Denver branch, and worked with me to adjust my billing to what i believe was a very fair rate. I was not asking for the change to be free, but rather to be a reasonable.I really appreciated working with Lyric and the attention she gave me with our situation, an ultimately reaching a solution to my problem.”

“Ok so... The guys here were really helpful and nice. But my overall Budget rental was horrible and I will never rent a truck from them again. This particular place had nothing to do with my bad experience, this was my drop off location. My pick up location in Olathe ... The lady there didn't tell me like 4 things I should've known upfront and made my experience a headache. Oh and the trucks starter went out on me while I had it. It was a pos. Spend the extra 20-30 and get yourself a U-Haul, its what I now wish I would've done. I'm sure if I would've had this place as my pick up I would have had a much better experience.”

“Was able to get into rental car with minimal time and was placed in a brand new Ford escape. Still had writing on the windows front and side. Could have been cleaned off for visibility but was a great car. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Received emailed receipt promptly and everything was in order. Great little place in MCI to get a rental. Had to take a shuttle bus to the rental place and then back to the airport but was only 5-7 minutes ride.”

“I am a 1st time renter and I had low expectations for the economy car I rented because of how affordable it was and due to the previous bad reviews. The car exceeded my expectations. Everything about the car was amazing; clean, had car play, new, etc. The car was ready for pick up on time, and it was easy to leave with it. The staff wasn't outstanding, but I was serviced and got what I needed, so that's all that matters. I would rent again from Dollar!I wish there was better signs or directions provided before picking up the rental or at the rental site. Finding parking & where to enter was difficult. Dollar had their own station but was closed and someone told me that Dollar service is located at Hertz service desk.”
