they were very helpful, got my vehicle in and out in a timely manner and the work was done very well

Amazing experience here. We were in such a bind; it was Sunday morning, we had just discovered a flat tire (couldn't be patched), had no spare, and had a flight to catch. These guys were so helpful and were so fast replacing our tire and getting us on our way. They went above and beyond.

I usually hate Firestone but this is coming from California, the ones out in KC are so much nicer, especially this location as well as not being too busy and actually caring about their customers!
