Glenn's Pre-Owned Appliances is a business that offers a variety of used appliances, including washers and dryers, at competitive prices. Customers appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable staff, who are helpful and easy to work with. The store often has hard-to-find appliances, such as specific gas stoves, and provides reliable service, including delivery and installation. While the location may not be very upscale, the staff's good attitude and the availability of needed appliances make it a popular choice. Many customers have purchased appliances like LG washers and dryers, finding them to work well initially. Some reviews mention issues, such as a washer not draining or making noises, but these are often resolved through repairs, sometimes covered at no extra cost. The repair service is generally prompt and thorough, with technicians sometimes returning multiple times to fix problems. Customers have noted that appliances tend to last a few years, especially after repairs. Overall, Glenn's Pre-Owned Appliances is known for offering affordable used appliances with friendly service, even if the store itself isn’t the prettiest place. Customers recommend it for anyone needing reliable appliances and appreciate the staff’s effort to resolve issues promptly.

I see lots of mixed reviews, but me personally, I had a great experience with them. Great price, good unit, fantastic that they took away my old ones for free plus installed it for free.
