We frequently find the store clean and well stocked which isn't always the case for some JC Penny stores. Appreciate how convenient the store is.

Norma was fantastic up that the register!! She was so sweet and kind, she told me about the JCP app and handled the register freezing up like a pro! Fantastic customer service!!
