“The Lee’s Summit location’s team that picked up my recliner and exercise bike stayed in contact throughout the day. I got a call in the morning confirming my address and time frame. I received a call More than half an hour before the end of my timeframe that some of the jobs today had taken more time than expected and was given the option for them to come later on in the afternoon or to have the pickup rescheduled to the next day. And finally I got a call when they were about 15mins out and then upon arrival to confirm which entrance they should use. Overall this was an excellent experience, I am glad I chose the College Hunks Hauling Junk and will definitely be sending friends in their direction along with using them again for any future removal needs… so much space for activities!!”
