Now you can shop online and pick up at your local PetSmart within two hours. Select store locations offer dog training, pet grooming, pet boarding, PetSmart Doggie Day Camp and adoption. Customers have had both positive and negative experiences at PetSmart. Some have praised the knowledgeable and helpful staff, such as Kylie T who took great care of a customer's frightened dog during its first grooming, and LJ who assisted a customer in finding the perfect setup for their new bearded dragon. Others, however, have encountered rude and unwelcoming employees, with one customer describing a "black chick" and "mixed chick" who came across as tested and uninterested in addressing their concerns. Despite these mixed reviews, many customers appreciate the friendly service and wide selection of products available at PetSmart, with one noting that their kids love visiting the store to see the various pets on display.

As part of the wellness plan I was unable to get into my normal Banfield. I am very thankful this Ward Parkway location was able to get her in. Everyone from the sweet lady in the front to the nurse Lauren and Dr. Hickman were amazing and treated my girl with the utmost care and attention.

Vega at the Pet Smart on Ward Parkway provided exceptional service in the grooming salon. They were informative about the grooming process for a double coated dog. Something no one had told me before. They were cordial and did a great job grooming our 6 year old Pekingnese. I plan to return.
