“My car broke down near the bait shop, just nearly making it into to shop’s parking lot. Trey was so kind as to allow me, along with my two littles and grandma to come into the shop to wait for our ride. It was incredibly hot today and he let us sit in the a/c while we waited & contacted the necessary people. He talked with us & didn’t treat us like a bother. He also made recommendations for bird/dog food & I assured him that we would be back to purchase for our two dogs & our wild bird friends. Thank you!”

“K9 Closet is a fantastic place to get unique products for your cats and dogs. They have lung tips my dogs and cats adore. And a big bag is very reasonably priced. They also have a wide variety of martingale collars that the owner hand makes. They have a refrigerator stocked with fresh food, dog toys that are "indestructible", and a large variety of cat toys. They have lots of choices for dog cookies, often in themes such as Chiefs or Royals. They always have new and different products available and have a great skin care line for pets with problem areas. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. And you can bring your pet inside and the staff will love on them!! Excellent store!”

“The BEST dog bakery around. Norma, Theresa, and Alejandro are some of the kindest people on the planet. They are patient and willing to answer all questions and full of fun energy. My dog, Magnus, loves ALL of the treats we have tried. I picked up a cake this last week and it is absolutely perfect! Edit: I forgot to mention Bella! She is always greeting me with a smile and makes meaningful conversation as I shop.”

“I am always afraid to start a new groomer just like your own hair stylist you don't know what you'll get right? I meet w Weston the groomer that we were very fortunate to get for my year old Goldendoodle. Ginger had been groomed before but the last time she was completely taken down to a poodle at a different grooming place and I was so shocked I could not talk. But Weston met w me I showed him the prior grooming pic saying I don't like that! He looked at her pointed out she had some matting but said he would do his best. Weston rocks....Ginger is beautiful! “Such a great place! I feel like it's a hidden gem! It's like hobby lobby on steroids! But with out the crafts and MUCH easier to find things. All the tables are in one huge area ( great selection) end tables side tables bedside tables.. desks.. behind the couch you name it they have it..Rugs runners mats.. towels lamps bed spreads comforter sets and sets sheets. Throw Pillows and much more in the house Houseware stuff.. kitchen gadgets pots pans cleaning supplies etc...Then all the decor!!!!! Floral stems flowers such a great selectionAnd so much more!!! “Just discovered this place and love the layout of the store. There are lots of options for food and toys for cats and dogs. Some small critters for sale depending on availability, and the back corner has reptiles and terrarium invertebrates that are cool- though shy so not a high chance of seeing them all at once. The fish room is what got us to visit. The tanks are very clean, the staff that we worked with was very knowledgeable, the supplies are plentiful. The tanks are a little overstocked, but look maintained with low stress on the fish. They specialize in cichlids here, so definitely lots of cool color and behavior. They also sell green algae water which we haven't been able to find in any of the other stores in town yet.”

“We've had our English Setters groomed many times over the years. They are a very specialized & difficult breed to groom, so we've always just accepted what we got, never expecting much. However, our recent grooming visit at Petsmart in Kansas City, Ward Parkway, exceeded all of our expectations! Rori and the staff gave our Keeley a textbook groom all around. We couldn't believe it. Her coat length, tail, ears, tummy, head, grinch feet & leg feathers were trimmed perfectly. My husband and I have told our family and friends about our experience. The price was very reasonable & the service time was punctual. I highly recommend!”

Chip, our dog now, all I have to say is do you want to go to Pete and Mac’s and he gets his leash and is ready to go. We use them for days and overnight stays. “My daughter found Po, this furry little teddy bear online at Petland. We were greeted by Cossette upon arrival. She pleasantly assisted us through the whole process. I had trouble locating my PL card to pay for the puppy. We had to call customer service to verify my account. Cossette handled the calls professionally and efficiently completed the transaction. She went out of her way to help pick all the items that came with the puppy package. Cossette made sure I understood all the details and answered all questions I had.
