5 stars for Rebecca! She was so gentle with my daughter’s blood draw, and very skilled. My daughter has had a few bad blood draw experiences recently and was feeling apprehensive. Rebecca was so kind, calm and welcoming, a true kindred spirit, and put my daughter immediately at ease. We will always come back here for future blood draws. She really knows what she’s doing!

Showed up, doors locked and called them just to hear that they're closed? I have an appointment and got no information saying they weren't opened. Waste of time and now money.

The experience at Quest Diagnostic was super upon arrival and after checking in, I had barely taken my seat when I was called by the technician who was ready to assist me earlier than I expected, the faculty was very clean, and the technician was knowledgeable , efficient and friendly.

I wanted to say that I really appreciate Nautica's quick and speedy assistance in getting my drug test taken care of. I had been given the run around the day before at another Q.D. so it was awesome that she was able to get me in and out in less than 10 minutes (HOLY COW)! She was professional, funny, and very chill. I can honestly say I've never had a better experience. Keep it up!

Staff members were kind and courteous. They were short on supplies and were unable to grant my request for a butterfly needle in my hand due to a delayed shipment. Both phlebotomists had to work on my arm veins instead. I was grateful that no one stuck me until they were confident, because that is most definitely not a typical outcome, but not being able to provide a requested service to a patient/client is not OK in my opinion. I think it would be great to add something like this to your sign-up protocols - special requests that may or may not be granted for people who are more difficult. Overall, great care. Rebecca is awesome!

I love the admittance process by kiosk! Easy and kinda fun! My nurse was nice and knowledgeable. She made sure that all my and my husband’s information was correct before drawing my blood and submitting the information to my surgeon. She welcomed me and walked me out with patience, grace and love. I will definitely go back to Quest Diagnostics.

The scheduling software does not work correctly. The employee who initially saw me was nasty, condescending and refused to note my concerns.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I sat there for two hours to take a UA for a job.. not a staff member in site, except for the momentary interaction when they crack the door and rudely ask for the next person. Only helped on person at a time, and then had 15 minute intervals between the one guest they helped... After sitting there, this lady comes out, and I quote, " if you're here for a drug screen we are not helping you today", honestly the worst experience ever. I have to go back tomorrow, I have a scheduled time slot, and like everyone else the previous day who had SCHEDULED slots, everyone still waited for at LEAST a hour in a half. Absolutely abysmal. Whatever they pay these people is too much.. they quite literally do nothing all day long.

While there were a few issues that had nothing to do with the center (orders not coming through, etc) when I was in the room you could loudly hear employees talking and cursing. While I may curse like a sailor myself, it is not professional, or appropriate to hear in a business setting. When my issue arose I asked if I could just call the office on Monday to get it figured out and the person helping me just shook her head and said no one answers the phones around here. Hmmm...doesn't really add much to my confidence of the place.
