The worst experience. Couldn’t find my lab orders. My doctor’s office said lab work should be there. I was asked where do I usually get stuck, I said my hand. I was stuck twice in my hand which is worse than an arm. After being stuck she looked at my arm and said there was a vein there! Maybe she should have checked for a vein in my arm first

The worst customer service. They advertise walk-ins but you won't be served. The waiting room was empty and no one arrived for scheduled appointment, they won't serve you. Total waste of a patients time.

I confirmed my appointment time via phone check in process. Only to be told that it wasn't showing on their system even with my confirmation code once arriving at the facility. I was moved to walk in line for customers which was over a 5 hour wait. Horrible customer service and mismanaged business model. Please revisit or consider changing your customer interaction format because your automated system isn't working.

Is not the first I have a bad experience; unfortunately the managers or owners doesn't care . If your employee planing to work until 4 pm just make sure on your website explain customers to do online appointments and don't make waste their time leaving their work , driving and when you arrive for the walk-in results no one want to help you even on the door said business close at 4:30 . I can't believe this people have a customer service job

Went to take a ua for a job offer. Walked in and just got looked at by whoever it was who answered the door. Not a hello or hi or what’s up. Not one word came out of this woman’s mouth. Told her I was to take a ua. She just pointed to a small sign with the window of hours to take the ua and then said thank you and walks right back through the door she came out of before I could even say or ask anything else. A lousy place to go. Better off going to Providence Med Center if you ask me

I have maybe given 4 reviews my entire life but felt obligated to leave one today. I almost didn’t come here because of the negative reviews. I have no idea how they even have negative reviews. This was the most simple and quickest appointment. I booked an appointment online 2 days ago. I arrived on time this morning and was in and out within 20 minutes. The facility is clean and they are very polite and professional. If I need blood work again, will definitely come back here.

Not sure why the low stars. Just did a walk in appt and Jeffia who helped me was wonderful! Nice clean facility and friendly staff, what more can you ask for. Thank you Jeffia!

Great people! Great experience! Definitely make an appointment it goes faster! Also Drug screens are done @2pm I heard them tell a lady this when I was in there:)

The worse customer service, my husband got there this morning between 8:15 and 8:30 for a drug test for a job, he was still there at 10 the old white lady and the old black lady have bad attitude the white lady kept telling him walk in have to wait,well hell how long do they have to wait,if it's a problem you all need to tell companies to find somewhere else to do there drug test. Thank you to the young black lady that helped my husband.

This service provider is a failure. The technicians I've dealt with are good people, it's the business process which is failing. Took me weeks to get results, then their online systems are not synchronized so couldn't view on a monitor. Tried to view on my phone and that's not responding correctly either. And their automated number gives about six options for paying them with hardly any way to actually get to your results. My company covers this so I shouldn't even owe. This isn't health care, this is merely payment processing. I'm not a patient, I'm a bill. Very clear from their processes that is their priority and health is hardly even mentioned.

I have visited this location many, many times. I have never had a bad experience. Today's visit with Dega Dole was no exception. She was friendly, personable and enjoyable to speak with. She made my blood draw less anxious for sure. This is without a doubt my preferred draw lab. I use the online appointment setup and use text notifications to check in, it's an amazing simple system. I get in and out in no time.

This place literally cost me a job. I went to do a urine screen granted it was the last dayto get it done but I have lots of experience doing urine screens…on the phone it says to show up 10 minutes early for your appointment I showed up 15 minutes early and nobody was there….not a soul!!! I have an 8 month old baby so unfortunately I could not wait around all night to where the employees went. I am so very unhappy that this has happened I will never recommend to quest. They were laughing in the back and totally ignoring the front of the store. The phone rang off the hook and nothing. I’m just absolutely heartbroken that these people blew off work a full 15 minutes early and ignored the front of the store.Anything could’ve happened.

had blood drawn here and I usually have hard time anywhere drawning blood. Being Light headed and almost passing out and what not. Roslyn (i hope im spelling her name right) was very sweet and I didn't even feel it. Usually it hurts, but not this time.Sucks that she's just there today to help out. And I'm glad to of had her draw mine. If I could, I would request her for next time. 10/10! - Thomas D.
