She had amazing customer service and deserves a raise for the way she treated me today. She was able to get my rate down once I provided my insurance and was very thorough with the whole proceeds! “Been here for years with multiple lockers for our business, Brad really makes sure things are taken care of up here. Security is great with cameras everywhere and it’s gated. Prices are very competitive as well. Been using storage marts and other major storage unit chains for years also with security issues they could care less to resolve, ridiculous hidden fees or random price hikes with zero real explanation. I have never experienced anything but full clarity in coming changes here at bonner mini storage.Highly recommend checking them out in comparison to surrounding establishments.”
