While I like shopping at Target, this particular one has expired Starbucks bottles on the shelf, and the last time I was there, I saw a bag of moldy bread on the shelf. I couldn't find an employee to report that to.

It's a Target. Employees are almost certainly not fairly compensated, It's an ongoing effort to keep things organized in higher trafficked departments, and employees will generally be polite if asked a question politely.
