“We had a great experience here! We wanted to be a kid again and the ladies at this location helped make it happen. We were carefully taken through the options throughout the store with Patty. We took our time, going back and forth— we were never once rushed. Izabella was super kind to us and other families in store. She’s absolutely fantastic with kids! Kailyn took care of us after we were done and helped us get set up with birth certificates for our new friends. We didn’t catch everyone’s name today, but everyone was so kind. Thanks for helping 2 big kids feel little again!”
“Great staff. They assembled a white board stand for me to see if it was the size I was looking for. They then helped out it in my car.
They also have kids activities which is a lot of fun”

“Nice store, nice selection of items, something for everyone. Really enjoyed having singles of some of the candy products that are sold, so we won't waste a whole package of something we might not like. Will return again to see all the new items next time we are in town.”
“I waited too long to buy one of my kid's Christmas presents, and it was sold out. Searching online for the toy, I found this store that I had never heard of before. However, since they have a physical store, I was confident to buy from them. The toy was shipped promptly and arrived quickly. As I assembled it, I noticed that one of the small pieces was missing. The toy could still mostly function without it, but it was disappointing. I emailed the store and explained exactly what was wrong. They were extremely helpful and were able to send me the missing piece. Great customer service!”
“This one is very huge. Has a large religion section. A small Spanish children book section. They had a few Muslim romance books that was pretty shocking. Since the Plaza on didn't carry any last time I went.”

I couldn’t help but feel the store isn’t what it once was though. Some empty shelves here and there, and a roped off back area where I suppose activities or something fun used to take place. Maybe it’s just a coincidence that that part is closed off when we go there.”

“Lots of antique and not so antique dolls, doll clothes, paper dolls. I dropped off two Toni dolls for repairs, so I can't evaluate the doll repair services until I get them back. Only critique is that it's a small space and crowded in there. Maybe 5-10 people could shop in there at a time and would probably still be in each other's way at that.”
“Front desk worker, at Olathe location, was super helpful. I don't remember her name, but she had an alternative style and wore a corset. Her store didn't have a movie I wanted, but she called Shawnee, KS and had them hold it for me. I was able to grab it the next day!”

“Great store and nice setup. Staff are always willing to answer questions. There are some books sold on the online store which you can not ship to the bookstore which would work if I wasn't going out of town. Everything else at this location is amazing.”
