The tellers are not the most helpful. The other locations always take care of everything for me. This Location didn't want to be very helpful.

I went alone once and they blinded me with a check, they didn't want to change it with my passport. The girl behaved a little arrogantly, why did she want me to open an account with them? She repeated herself many times, I told her no and she even changed her mind

I switched from U.S. bank to bank Midwest. I found U.S. bank was hard to deal with an bank Midwest is a lot cheaper.
