“This is such a nice vinyl record store! They had a huge selection of new arrivals and classic artists. I feel like everything was also fairly priced. It didn't seem too outlandish even for the new arrivals. Everything was organized by genre then alphabetically, so it was fairly easy to sift through the rows of records. The gentlemen who helped us was super kind. He even offered to play anything before buying it.”

“This place is so cute! The aesthetic of the store is what attracted me to stop and check it out, it has all types of clothes that you need such as basics, dresses and coats. Their vintage section is to die for and I loved that they carry the brand ALOHA which I haven't seen in person just online. When we walked in we were greeted and asked if we needed assistance right away and set up a dressing room for us when we were ready. Check out was quick as well and gave some recommendations. However, I do want to be transparent about the prices as this is more of a luxury store so there wasn't anything they had that was less than $50. But if you are looking for unique pieces I recommend checking it out and even just stopping to get some inspo”

“I’m a long way from home (NV), but these guys made me feel welcomed and at home during my visit to KS! My love for dunks/SBs is deep, but their wide selection allowed me to discover a new love for AJ1 Highs. Very helpful, chill, and also very passionate about Dunk history +more. Could NOT ask for any more Grails from DVA that they surprisingly carried in my size (I would literally need to sell my kidney). “Our family stopped in during a vacation to Kansas City. I like thrifting so I was excited to see what they had. At first I was confused by all the clothes for rent, but quickly found the area where they organize the for sale clothes by decade. Found a super cute Fritzi of California dress in my size at a great price. My son found a hat he couldn't leave without, too. The man behind the counter was so nice and chatted with us for awhile about his time spent in California. Overall, a great experience. Will definitely stop by again when I'm back in town.”

“truly the best thrift store in greater KC area. other local thrift shops, even other church run thrift shops, it’s almost as if they forget that the people who benefit most from 2nd hand shops are underprivileged families who can’t afford brand new everything. this place gets it right. such fair prices. even their boutique section, is fair and affordable. giving a safe space for families, especially middles class and families below the poverty line, to shop in dignity. to receive affordable, quality pieces. i truly had pretty much given up hope at thrift stores, it gotten to the point where it was significantly cheaper to just buy new at places like target at tj maxx, but turnstyles restored my faith. seriously, this is how real charities who genuinely care about helping their local community should always be. other thrift stores; local, and chains, charge $12+ for a old stained chiefs shirt, simply because it’s chiefs. here, almost all clothes with the exception of a few “boutique” pieces are all marked the same price. every t-shirt is the same price ($2.99), every pair of leggings, same, every jacket, same etc. absolutely no price gouging. i know it sounds silly, but it almost made me emotional that i was able to basically get everything i wanted without having to get out a calculator and narrow it down to 2 or 3 pieces. thank you for providing a clean, and organized space where everyone can afford to shop. you truly are giving back to your community, and are the definition of charity.”

It's one of those specialty vintage shops that never feels pretentious but does feel exclusive, and I absolutely love that for the downtown KC area. It makes it easy to allow patrons to feel at home as well as making it a luxury shopping experience. I will continue to shop at DO GOOD CO and FEEL GOOD about doing it. Just recently, I was honored to be invited to attend a holiday party at DO GOOD CO. and every detail was well thought out and planned impeccably. I was so impressed by the catering as well as the great selection of vendors who brought flair to the festivities. The only complaint is that they are charging more than other places due to their consignment approach. Definitely still worth stopping in to see what you can find and if it's something you've been looking for that small price difference may be worth it.”

“I stopped by here this afternoon to donate some clothing. At first glance, everything was neat and orderly for such a big store. The staff was friendly and helped guide us around back to where the drop off point was. It would have been nice to have a clear sign or some sort of communication indicating a drop off point in the back of the store rather than inside. Compared to other thrift / salvation army stores, this one is much more well-kept. Parking is ample and should not be an issue for anyone. Happy donations =]”
