They are very obviously passionate about fashion, and made it seem like each piece of clothing was art. “Visited Donna’s Dress Shop for the first time today with my daughter, who was on the hunt for a vintage prom dress. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, asking questions about what we were looking for in particular and took the time to show us some options around the store that might interest my daughter. They had a wide variety of clothing and some really fun options. You can tell their buyers have a real flair for style. Even though we left without purchasing, the experience there was definitely worth a 5-star review and we will definitely be back.”

They have all kinds of furnishings, art, and lamps - some modern, others traditional and even antique. I have purchased 5 pieces here, and I still love each one.”

“Visited River Market Antiques during my layover in Kansas City. The place is massive, with tons of vendors and several floors to explore. They don’t allow bags inside, so I had to leave mine in a locker.
There’s definitely a lot to look at, but I found most of the pieces pretty overpriced. Some items being presented as antique didn’t feel genuinely old to me—for example, some artwork appeared to have newer backing or newer components added to give it an antique look while still being priced at a premium.
The clothing section on the top floor was also quite expensive. Overall, it’s a fun place to browse because of how huge it is, but I personally found very few pieces that felt like a good buy for the price.”
