They were very helpful and well staffed. I would ask for Romandrius "Rom". He helped me transfer a lot of photos that Best Buy messed up. He also took the time to explain helpful features on my phone. He went above and beyond customer service and we even had a conversation. I am very satisfied with the service that I got.

Perfect service all around. Very quick and efficient. I called to make sure they had the phone I wanted and they did so I had to book it from the Missouri side (35min) drive to this location because they were open until 8pm and it was 7:05pm to get a new phone since I cracked my screen. (Bummed dress guy 😂) They were extremely helpful and even recognized me. 😂

Verizon customer service has gone to trash lately for how much we pay. It is ridiculous today I went to the store to upgrade my phone and waited for 30 minutes before stating I needed my ID before they could help me which is so BS I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and I’ve never had to have my ID for anything. They just verify your account information. Then when I asked to speak to the manager Andrew, he was very dismissive and rude very unprofessional in my thing as I was just gonna give an FYI, when people come in the store they should ask. Do you have an ID with you before making them wait 30 minutes.

I was happy with the organization and cleanliness of the store. I'm not sure that I got off on the right track with trying to do what I intended to do going in there. I did make a follow-up appointment which I don't know if I will need but I was happy with the process of making an appointment and the availability of the staff to help me in any case.

They asking me why I want to activate one of my old phone it like hello none of your business it like do yall pay my phone bill stop putting your nose where it don’t need to be I can’t stand when people ask me questions like that last time I check I only have one mom and one dad and people at Verizon is neither of them so don’t question me like that I’m very disappointed in Verizon

The manager at this location helped me resolve my issues with adding a new line. I believe his name was Andy (?), and I couldn't get this taken care of at the 95th and Quivira Road location. He went the extra mile to get me to tech support to get my line transferred, and it made me wish I had visited this location first to buy my new phone.
It doesn't matter to me that I have to drive an extra 15-20 minutes to get here. I'll do it because of the customer service I received.
