They as a company don't care about the consumers. I can't make a phone call in my own house. They sent me a booster but the service is still poop. And no I won't be going to your store to fix it cause I already made the switch to TMOBLE. Cause guess what YOUR COMPANY DIDNT CARE!

Typically try to avoid going into Verizon stores and just do everything on-line. Was in need of a new phone since I was traveling and couldn’t wait for my phone order to ship. Arielle was super helpful and was able to get me set-up without issues.

Samantha helped activate my new phone. She was very helpful and friendly. Even though I arrived with about 10 minutes left until close, she never made me feel rushed.

The workers at the store were nice. But don't promise to call me when the systems come back up. I never recvd a call.

Not happy at all. I realize EVERYONE In The World is short-staffed, GEEEZZZZ!!! It just takes TOO Frickin' long for assistance. At the end of the day, it is what it is UNTIL it's something else! Things are soooo bad I've started helping in the stores that I go to (couldn't do it this time). This is unbelievable! For now, I just need to go home, shut my door, settle down and tune out what this CRAZY World has come to. What was I doing before cell phones?

Google Maps said there was a store at 78th and parallel we drove all over and ended up having to go to the legends. Every time I take my friend there to pay her bill there is some sort of a computer problem.

I was assisted last Friday and again today - two separate things - by Johnna at the Verizon store in Legends in Kansas City, Kansas. Johnna was more helpful than any other customer service person I have dealt with almost ever. I hope large companies like Verizon realize it’s not what they do as a great big gazillion dollar corporation, but it’s the people that work for them, like Johnna, that keep people like me coming back. Thanks, Johnna!

Needed to go in due to an issue with my phone. Salesman did everything he could to try and fix it before submitting it for warranty work. Because the phone would not charge he found a work around by determining that a wireless charger would work and I wouldn't be without a phone until the warranty work was completed.Still have to take the phone into the warranty center but, at least I'll be able to use it until then.

A young man that sold me my new phone did a great job. I had tried to buy one and Kissimmee their service sucked so I waited until I went back to Kansas to get one.

At first we thought the service was great. Fast, quick ,painless...but then I took a look at my bill.Ricardo, the sales associate who sold us the phones, removed the $7.25 insurance on my wife's line, and added a more expensive $17 insurance to my line.This would have raised our bill by $2.50 a month, AND removed protection from my wife's phone. I used to work at a cell phone company (no longer do, was not Verizon), and in my experience maneuvers like this is to get a larger bump on commission.If you go to this Verizon, don't see Ricardo. Thank you.
