This store NEVER has carts doesn't matter if 8 am or 8 pm they never have carts when you walk in also theres always a line to check out and not just a line one that wraps across total length of the store then half way down aisle

I’m not sure if it is a policy now that they do not have cashiers. Today I waited a while in line to use the self check because there were no cashiers. I felt bad for some people who had full carts and were trying to juggle self checkout. Need to bring back lice people Walmart.
