“They have every Mexican Latin Ingredient ls there its always packed with La Raza and when its packed they have very fresh and delicious food and to make especially Ingredients you may need in a Hispanic/Latino household. Its perfect!”
“Affordable groceries, adequately stocked, aisles clean, checkout has generally been efficient, and it's nice to be able to use their boxes to transport heavy items home, instead of flimsy plastic bags.”
“Happy Foods North not only had Super Quality Meats, they had an awesome selection of fresh fruits and veggies. Amazing rarely seen canned foods and the customer service from employees was amazing! Even the customers were friendly!”
“This Aldi is well stocked and the person that orders the products does a wonderful job. I see items the other Aldis in south KC, Blue Ridge and 75 st off Wornal, & 63 St on Troost ( don't have). What a surprise.”
“It's a cool place I feel that they need to open up more registers because sometimes there's a lot of people and only one cashier sometimes too it's a lot of workload on one person overall it's a nice place sometimes they're out of things that you might need”
“Larger than the one on Metropolitan Ave, and that allows them to carry a variety of products beyond your typical Hispanic staples. Clean and very organized. Great place to shop.”
“I used to go literally like every other day but it's a very beautiful grocery store with nice and friendly workers, I think it was called the apple market before they changed the whole place. ✝️”
“Great selection, store is organized and clean. Had a female check me out at the register last time I was there and she was just awful. Her attitude was more than terrible, she snapped at me and acted like I was trash. I brought own bag so she threw my things into the cart next to her and made me load my bag after grabbing the cart with her hand and saying something like no, this is my cart you can't have this cart. I was under the impression I could move the cart two feet to the bagging counter to remove my 10 items and give her the cart right back. She continued to ring up the next customer and put their items into the same cart like I was invisible. It was awkward and weird. The customers behind me didn't have a cart either and she let them use that cart for their groceries after she rang them up. Unnecessary and rude.”
“I love the food here. I ordered loaded taco salad Fred prepared my food so nice and delicious, I got to choose my own bag of chips. Let me tell you they are definitely not stingy with the topping and the meat is seasoned very well. I also recommend the smoked wings. The price is pretty affordable and the serving are pretty big.”

“Their cheese selection taste better than Price Chopper's options and cost less. There are good prices on many items. Keep your options open folks, because it makes a diffrence.”
“Staff is outstanding here, very helpful, courteous, and friendly. The downside is the store is a little rundown. Lots of homeless people frequent the area and don't smell the greatest, but you can tell the management and associates do their best to keep them from stealing and causing problems in the store. My go-to for many items I need.”
“Thank you, Anthony for such quick and friendly service! I truly appreciate ya! I never go to Hen House, but they had deals on Diet Coke that beat Sam's Club prices, both on bottles and cans. Download that Flip app!”
“Aldi was clean the shelves were full and they had better prices. The pizzas are ?, a great place to help your budget. Great staff and employees. 2024 has gotten crazy expensive. Please keep it positive. Bless everyone with positive vibes.”
“This is the only grocery store that actually offers the discount on fresh produce that SNAP beneficiaries get in Kansas. Every other grocery store just ignores it.”
“This is a Mexican store they have pretty good pastries. My wife loves the corn tamales. Usually very clean. Items are very easy to find. Prices can be a little higher than other stores but still reasonable. It's also very convenient if you live in the area.”
“Always friendly, the lines are always short and quick, and I have never been disappointed with this grocery store. It's conveniently located and a one stop shop. There are sometimes great markdowns as well...”

“Good selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs. A huge bakery with a lot of delicious things. The meat is usually good but, I wait until what I want is on sale. This store is BUSY. There's almost always a line to check out. They do have a rewards program and you can earn points pretty quickly as 10 points for each dollar, plus digital coupons, and advance info on specials and sales. On the down side, be prepared to pay way more than any other store in the KCK Central area. They do have good weekly sales and you can check the weekly ad in the Sunfresh app.”
“Definitely a hidden gem! Prepare to be amazed with selection & service…. Perfect store for any last minute gift ideas. They have everything you can imagine.”
