“Today I was very happy, I just got off work and was going home and decided to go to the car wash and wash my car since I have a membership that I just got yesterday, a very nice older white man helped me with that yesterday I'm still grateful , the reason I'm writing this is because the guys today moved my license plate saying it was paper, I really don't know what's wrong with them and they also said they have to remove it every time I come and I've been to this place many times and they never move my license plate. So I'm not going to do it because my license plate is not a piece of paper and if they are going to do it to me every time I come, I would prefer to cancel my membership. Why they didn't even let me know?, they just took it off ;(. This happened on 07/24/2024 At 1:30 p.m. I'm still very upset. I decide to leave the 5 stars because the older white man who helped me with my membership was very nice. I don't know if he is the boss but he works there so he deserves the 5 stars. I just put it back.”

I visit them at least annually for my maintenance washes to ensure my vehicles keep looking their best. They are very friendly and accommodating each and every time and I always leave impressed. “I’ve been to other car washes before where they would let you use their vacuums for free but at Zips not only do you have free vacuums, you also have free microfiber cloths, free spray, free dry brush mat cleaners, and best of all workers who go above and beyond every time! Definitely recommend”

“Came here to get a trailer steamed. Great polite friendly staff. Excellent service. Overnight parking if you need to take your break. Nice drivers lounge with 2 clean showers, they'll even give you towels. Fast food and grocery store nearby.”
“Nice carwash, you can use a credit card, it used to run for 20$ worth of time (thus allowing to wash a normal pick up truck), now it does not. Otherwise,a nice carwash.”

“Best car wash subscription around these parts. I have the cheapest plan and it still does a great job. The staff are always great and I drive a truck and as long as I don't have anything that will fly up and get into their machine, they leave me alone. If I do, they're super nice about it. Complete opposite experience to what I've had at Charleys and some others. Plus they're everywhere now and the membership works at all of them. I only wish they had like a 4 or 5 car family plan.”
“I WOULD LIKE TO THANK A VERY KIND EMPLOYEE HERE WHO WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME LAST WEEK. HIS NAME IS IAN FLETCHER SO HERES WHAT HAPPENED I WAS IN A HURRY CLEANING THE INSIDE OF MY TRUCK WHEN I ACCIDENTALLY HIT THE LOCK BUTTON ON MY INSIDE OF MY DOOR. NOT HEARING IT I SHUT MY DOOR. I WAS PACING AROUND TIL I WAS APPROACHED BY IAN HE ASKED ME IS EVERYTHING IS OK I EXPLAINED TO HIM WHAT HAPPENED AND TOLD HIM I HAVE ANOTHER SET OF KEYS AT HOME. HE SUPRIZED ME AND SAID I 'LL RUN YOU HOME. WHAT A VERY KIND PERSON WHO WENT BEYOND. “First time coming to Charlie's Car Wash so I got the works! It's such a beautiful feeling getting into a fresh clean car. I had the full body wash that they do plus interior cleaning. They clean the windows, the dash, console etc. plus the vacuuming. They even vacuum the trunk. I've never had a car wash add the trunk with its services. I was at the store off kellogg and West Street and let me just say the customer service was outstanding! Usually when you are at a business with all teenagers they tend to be disconnected or rude. This staff all were so polite and looked like they enjoyed what they were doing. My point being that I'm sure it's not the most exciting or fun job, but you wouldn't know by the way they portrayed themselves. Whoever is their boss I sure hope you take good care of them because just by their customer service alone, I'll be a repeat customer!”
“I've been washing my car at Joe's for almost 30 years and always a great value for the money! It's locally owned and operated business (unlike their competitors), which should be important to everyone in Wichita. The process is brushless unlike other car washes in town, so the wash doesn't damage/scratch your paint. Not sure what personal axes some of these other reviewers are trying to grind but on the rare occasion I've found a spot that needed extra attention, all I've had to do was ask and it's taken care of immediately. As for getting my car detailed, there's nowhere in town that comes close to the value and quality of Joe's. They will have your car looking as close to new as possible. A+ work and value for the money!”

“Needed, wanted to go to a manual car wash place and this place did the job. I got my work truck washed, the bed cleaned up a bit of dirt and the tires and the underside near the tires washed off pretty well. It seemed fine to me. Owner there seemed nice. Let me use his restroom. Change machines worked. I don't think the card readers are working at the stalls though. I don't like going to the automatic (often quite expensive) car washes, would rather do it myself.”

“This was easily the best self serve car wash I have ever been to. I visited late at night and the lot was well-lit. The vacuums have powerful suction and a thin nozzle to reach the right spaces. The water in the wash bay was hot and there was plenty of time to do a thorough wash. I give five stars and would definitely recommend this business.”

“I used the automatic part. There was no air dry blowers so that was a little disappointing. The lights inside that tell you to pull up or stop need to be fixed. The vacuums could be stronger because it was struggling with the sand in the floor. Outside of that i was really impressed with the wash and the fact it was only 8 bucks made it better. Ill be returning to this car wash. Its waaaaay beeter than the one in park city.”
