“The problem with the store is the fact that they just have so much awesome stuff inside that literally when I walk in there I’m happy when I walk out I’m like I can’t believe I just spent that much. Some of it can be a little overpriced however with so much cool stuff, even if it was at a good price you’d still walk out of there spending way too much money.”

“I just LOVE the Family Mart! I go here just about everyday!!! He didn’t have Peanut Butter M&Ms or Sweet Tea in stock usually — SO…I just asked him if he could start to stock these items as this place is close to home and I like shopping here also…so now he always has the Sweet Tea and PB M&Ms I’m stock!!! If there is something you buy often and they don’t have it —- just ask! There’s a good possibility the wonderful people who work there will get it in the store for you. Great people! Don’t put up with the riff-raff they’re no-nonsense and yet friendly and courteous as can be!”

“If can be a great little place to stop and get gas, some people that shop here come off as shady but the place isn't ghetto. It's managed by a great lady who keeps the place clean and running tight. Doesn't offer as much in the way of food, but if you need a drink and are quick about getting gas, this is your station!”

“I just want to give a huge shout out to a young lady named Cara (I hope I spelled it correctly) she was very patient with an elderly woman who was having some difficulty with the card reader and then even went as far as helped this woman to her car and carried her bags of ice for her, and stood there until she was in her vehicle...don't see that much anymore but way to go above and beyond!”

“Love the location, conveniently off of Kellogg, and if you don’t need gas at the convenience store next to it, then it’s the better choice for your beverage, snacks, or habits. They carry decent quality clothing, stylish, and priced comparatively to secondhand shops. There’s vapes, zippos, cigars, a few alcoholic selections - from tall boy cans, 40oz bottles, and packaging quantities. The clerks, if I’ve met all of them yet, all are friendly, and speak clearly. They know their products.”

“Honestly, I don't think I've ever had a negative experience at Quiktrip other than the rare occasion that the tea I drink is out. If so, they take care of it immediately and give me a coupon for a free drink of my choice for next time and they don't charge me for the one I get at the time ( usually I wait for the new tea to brew but if I'm in a hurry I get something else which isn't a big deal because they have so many choices. ) They are above and beyond in every way.”

“Quiktrip is always 5☆ ( or more ), there's no place better. From the time you drive on to the parking lot ( someone is either power washing the parking lot, taking the trash out, wiping down the gas pumps or something to make the store look cleaner/better. Upon entering, always clean and you never see an employee standing idle, every one is working hard whether it's stocking the fountain area, making fresh tea or coffee or mopping the floor. The customer service is above and beyond. You are acknowledged immediately upon walking through the door every.single.time without fail. I don't think I've ever had an employee not make eye contact with me and speak to me. If they don't have my favorite beverage which never happens because I have a few, they give me the current one for free and give me a coupon for another free one ( of any size ) at a future visit. I don't go anywhere except Quiktrip unless there isn't one nearby, which rarely is that true. Quiktrips are everywhere as they should be, nobody even comes close!”

“The douglas and rock road quik trip need to get it together. Customers dont wanna hear about the party you were at and someone got caught in bed with someone and they took a picture of it. First of all quik trip is family friendly so thats way too inappropriate. Second, we dont wanna listen to you talk about it so loudly that we cant hear what is being said at the cashiers counter.”

“It says that they close at 10 p.m. but you can get gas there 24 hours a day with credit or debit card. You do get a small cash reward for being a Dillons cardmember. And easy to get in and out of location, I would recommend.”
