“My Air filter was dirty and I thought I needed a new one, but the lady at the counter looked at the one in my truck and said it was an expensive filter that could be cleaned with a kit. She ( Becky ) saved me a ton of money... which I used to order a new set of headlight assemblies. The headlight assemblies came in the same day and I had them in before the day ended!!!
I live next door to O'Reilly's but it's not convenience that brings me back, it's the knowledgeable staff and competitive prices!!!!
They have the odd tools you need and there's always interesting vehicles in the lot.”

I needed to 10 quarts of transmission fluid and a transmission filter and the clerk told me that I didn't need 10 quarts of fluid when I was just doing a fluid and filter change that I t.f only required 4 quarts and I knew that but I I wanted to have extra fluid on hand. I thought to myself why should he care how many quarts of fluid I buy”

I was just here, just wanted to check about a pending data code and see if my personal scanner was working correctly (currently looking for an excuse to buy a new tablet reader / diagnostic scanner and was told that they don't offer check engine light testing and no longer have a machine to do so, yet was shown one that was for sale, not sure if I misheard or misunderstood but just wondering if that's a service no longer available or if that just didn't have a tool for that currently that wasn't for sale? Still get 4 stars, still a great place. Just very confusing situation.”

While Liz looked for my battery, Wiz offered friendly conversation. To top it all off they offered to install my new battery. Without question or complaint, Ron replaced my battery for me...in the pouring rain! This team saved me hundreds of dollars and left me with a smile on my face and security knowing that my car was good to go! This is hands down the best service you'll receive. “I’ve had to use this company twice through my insurance to have my vehicles repaired. They’re communicative and do good work. The one time I did have an issue, was because the outside glass company that did the windshield for them installed the wrong windshield, but Jeff got everything sorted and that was fixed quickly. My most recent experience was wonderful, no problems at all.”
