“Wonderful Experience and Great Customer Service at UPS Lansing ?
Today, I visited the UPS store in Lansing, Kansas, to secure a mailbox after dealing with ongoing frustrations from stolen and misdelivered packages at my apartment in Leavenworth. I had enough of the poor service and lack of accountability from the USPS—specifically the Leavenworth postmaster, Danny Gomez.
The experience at UPS was a breath of fresh air. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional—just like they were on my previous visit. Anneliesse, the manager, was especially outstanding. Her professionalism, knowledge, and kindness made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly felt valued as a customer.
While I was at the store, Cindy Wagner, a representative from USPS corporate, called me. I told her directly: I would rather pay $300 for a year of dependable, respectful service at UPS than continue to deal with the unacceptable treatment I received from USPS in Leavenworth. Read their Google reviews—you’ll see what I mean.
UPS is the way to go. I’m glad I made the switch—this is how you avoid the hassle and get the service you deserve!”

“Amazing service, they go above and beyond with all needs. There is no other place that goes out of there way to make sure you everything need to ship your package correctly.

“At the Basehor, KS Post Office, there is a Postal Clerk who is the most delightful person to assist customers. Her name is Ms. Stacy Ussery. Ms. Stacey exemplifies what the customer service experience should be about. She is friendly, knowledgeable, takes her time with her customers, and goes above and beyond to ensure her customers’ needs have been met. She treats me like a person and not another quota to fill. It is such a joy to go into the Basehor Post Office and know Ms. Stacey is there with a welcoming smile to assist me and all her customers. She is a beautiful Ray of Sunshine, very rare to find these days. Ms Stacy, I see you and appreciate you more than you know. You deserve great Recognition and Reward!!! “I went in for a passport and was in and out in less than five minutes! Thea was absolutely amazing—super friendly and provided excellent customer service. This was by far the best experience I’ve had at a post office, especially compared to other locations I’ve been to. Huge thanks to Thea for making the process so quick and pleasant!!”
“The staff at this location are all so incredibly helpful, it is such a nice change of pace from most post offices! They usually only have one or two workers in there at a time, but the workers always give you their full attention and help make sure you are getting the best service possible. They’ll even give you tips for picking the right size box without having to pay a crazy amount for extra shipping fees, and they’ll make sure you don’t use the wrong label or tape on a box.”
“The post office its self does a great job. I have lost firearms in shipping, I am a Veteran and have my meds shipped to me. I have seen on my phone where my meds will go to ks distribution car then to mo distribution car back and forth for over a week. You call them and they DO NOT CARE about anything. They act as if they are there because its a convenience to get to but dont care about there customers.
I use Leavenworth and Lansing both. The actual post offices do a Great job. Distribution centers dont care one way or the other”
“as a mercari, and online seller, never had a problem sending packages, have my label ready and they provide me with a receipt and im set to go, although slow at times, not the employees fault but the customers! 9/10”

“I use this post office rather then Leavenworth's because it's a little closer but also because the gentleman is so courteous, resourceful and quick so others don't have to wait. I always chat a bit and thank you for his dedication. He needs to know how much he is appreciated.”
