The laundromat has an automatic door opener, which is a convenient feature. However, the lack of a bathroom has been an issue for some customers, as the bathroom was reportedly vandalized. The owner has indicated a willingness to address this problem to improve the overall experience. Customers have generally had positive experiences at 31st St Laundry, with the facility being described as well-kept and safe. The owner has also demonstrated prompt and kind customer service, such as quickly responding to a customer whose money got stuck in a machine. While the higher prices may be a concern for some, the convenience, efficiency, and clean environment of 31st St Laundry make it a viable option, especially for those doing just a few loads of laundry. The owner's responsiveness to customer feedback suggests a commitment to continuously improving the service.
I love doing my laundry here. It's the people who chuck my laundry basket into my backpack I stead of tapping me on the shoulder to let me know to move my basket! Is why I am complaining. Please don't be rude people!

Overpriced machines but they worked well. Not many people there.

Usually well kept but over the 4th of july the coin machine ran out of money. It needs to be checked on busy weekends. But i love the laundry.
