“I come here every week, never had an issue until yesterday. The handle of a washing machine wouldn't unlock, trapping me clothes inside. Because it was Sunday evening, I didn't get an answer when I called the "emergency" number they provide but left a message. I called back this morning and he was extremely polite and helpful. He was flexible about when to meet, reimbursed me, and paid for me to wash the load again because of the length of time it took to get back to me. Really appreciate the level of customer service and the willingness to make it right.”
“I appreciate that you get 8 minutes of dry time for a quarter and that the dryers get hot on the high setting.
It isn't the most well kept laundromat in Lawrence so don't expect the tables to be wiped down or the floor to be clean.
I just use the dryers and fold from the dryer into my clothes basket.”

“Just spend a cpl hours at Sunset, all went very well. Easy to get coins from the changer, just distinguish between the $1 coins and the quarters.
In fact, I had an issue, which was my problem, called the manager and he was there in a short time, corrected the problem I created and finished my washing.

“They have great equipment at a price that is compatible to other laundry facilities. What is different from other places we have been is you have to use a card system that is unique to them.
The staff there was very helpful setting up the card so that I was not putting too much on it but it is still a card I will probably never use again.”
