The whole process of getting the unit was flawless, but I was told that it would be cleaned out. The floor was full of dirt when we opened up the unit. Other than that though access to the unit has been fine and the space is what we needed.

I've been here through 3 different owners, and it has always been a great place to rent storage. Location is perfect for me, and the people in the office are always nice and helpful.
