βSuper nice guy and straight forward look at repairs. I was traveling through Lawrence Kansas when the front brakes on my Harley started to have issues (locking up) I looked for motorcycle repair shops in the area and found Motorcare. Gave him a call and he said if I could limp it over to his shop he would take a look at it. After about 5 mins looking at it he had be able to continue my travels. Straight forward look at the problem with a simple solution. Not to mention a super nice guy too. I would recommend Motorcare and would trust him again with my bike.β

βRandy and his team are top notch professionals and good guys. Work is done in timely manner and never feel pressured with additional work. Hard to find repair shop you can trust especially since larger corporations are buying out independent shops but I found this shop and I'm happy to support their business.β
βStopped by to use their free air compressor for my tires. I didn't have a tire gauge, so I went inside and asked the cashier at the register if they had any to buy. She was very polite and told me they didn't have any in stock, but lent me one they had at the register. Good thing too because almost blew out my front tire. Fantastic service by her.β

βPhil was awesome! I sent my college daughter to his shop as her tire pressure light was on. Being away from home I had no way of helping her and they took care of her like she was their daughter. They called me and explained the situation and took care of her tire. Best customer service experience!!!!β

βMy Jeep had multiple issues. Frank explained all the issues and prioritized what to repair first in order for it to be safe to drive and affordable and told me what could wait a bit knowing I’m not made of money and not once made me feel bad about that, just came up with a future plan to get the work done. Many other shops would have, and HAVE, taken advantage of the situation since I’m a female just to make a buck. I’d pay extra for honesty if that was a thing… Thanks Frank!! Much appreciated!!!β

βI needed a couple replacement tires for my truck. Called these guys and they made the process super simple and besides they were about 30 bucks cheaper than the big corporate shops in town. I saved them in my phone and they will be the first ones I call if I have a tire issue again.β

βRoger helped me out in a pinch traveling for business. He happen to have the exact rebuilt part I needed for my 1978 Dodge sportsman Minnie Winnie and though he didn't have time to do the repairs he called around for me to help me get the work done in time to get back on the road. Grateful to have found this knowledgeable mechanic in a tough situation.β

βThis place is wonderful. I received an estimate from them for a repair and the estimate was half the price of the estimate from the dealer. Then when I went to pick up my vehicle, the actual cost of $400 less than the quote. And my car is running perfectly.
I have never left an auto mechanicβs place not feeling cheated prior to this experience. Also my niece has taken her vehicle here and has always been satisfied. This place is wonderfulβ

βWhen you need his help he will do his best to figure out what the problem is with your vehicle and fix it as promptly as possible. He's good at what he does and he's straight forward so there are times that he's busy but if you're able to wait until he's available to do the job it's well worth the wait. You're not going to be fed lines and over priced. He's willing to show you what he sees when he finds the part and price. I really enjoy working with him and I trust him to do it right! He's got my Jeep at the moment and it took 2 months of another mechanic finding reasons why he needed to wait until certain days and this went on for 2 months to get there and the guy didn't know what was wrong with it but Rich knew within minutes of driving it. It matters and its appreciated to have his knowledge and ability to feel safe when you get it back. Ive said plenty so if you choose someone else then its on you if you dont get the quality mechanic you've been steered towards to begin with. Thanks Rich!
