“Detailed and professional team. From the time of quoting to picking up, I was text frequently on updates and progress. Took dirty truck in for front end work and received it back washed and wiped down condition. Even the steering wheel and dash was wiped and cleaned. Body and paint work was exceptional. Totally recommend and will choose again. Thanks to the team there I had a positive experience.”

“This place is wonderful. I received an estimate from them for a repair and the estimate was half the price of the estimate from the dealer. Then when I went to pick up my vehicle, the actual cost of $400 less than the quote. And my car is running perfectly.
I have never left an auto mechanic’s place not feeling cheated prior to this experience. Also my niece has taken her vehicle here and has always been satisfied. This place is wonderful”

“My husband got into a wreck and Hillcrest came and towed his car very quickly and helped with understanding what I needed to do and how to do it. The driver was awesome. Joe got my husbands car out of the roadway and even cleaned up all the stray parts from his car. Love the service.”

“After my local mechanic that I had been seeing for years moved, I spent a year or so looking for new one that I could trust not to overcharge me, do good work, and not try an swindle me into unnecessary repairs. A friend recommended Action Auto last year and I've been with them ever since. They do incredible work, are fairly priced, and are quick. They are also super flexible--I've gotten in same day for an oil change. I love that. And I love how personable they are! I call and I am recognized before I even get my ask out. 11/10 for this shop. Highly recommend.”

“I had a flat tire and needed help putting on a spare. When the tow arrived the the service was good. Speedy, efficient, friendly. It costed $92 to replace my tire. I haven't needed this service enough to know if that's a good deal.
There was some confusion and miscommunication on where I was at. This led to delayed service. The operator relayed incorrect information about my location to the driver. The driver went to the wrong location and called me. He didn't identify who he was so I mistook him for another tow I called earlier but decided not to use because the wait time was too long. I told him I had called someone else and didn't need service anymore.
But I appreciated the professionalism and fast replacement time when he did arrive”
