The tellers at this bank are some of the kindest people I talk to. Whenever I go in simply to deposit a check or get cash I get some of the best customer service. Even when I come in with many issues with my account I still get treated with courtesy and respect.

My mother has been with Central Bank for years until her recent passing this spring. Curtis Jones was so helpful in working with us to get her accounts closed out. He and his team were always courteous, efficient and able to work with us by phone since we do not live in Lawrence. We appreciate all they did to help us out during a difficult time for our family.

I’ve been banking here since 1982 which was about 50 years before it was bought out by The Central Bank of the Midwest about 5 years ago

This is the 3rd horrible experience I have had with this bank. Before the weekend I found out that the bank lost an important document. Zack on Iowa branch intentionally hung up twice on my mother who was calling about the document that was misplaced. I don’t think I can continue to bank where they are not professional and courteous.
