I needed to set up an account through commerce. I went to this location 3 separate times and spoke to the same lady all 3 times who said they couldn’t give me an account due to my credit being locked. After my 3rd attempt I drove 7 mins up the road and went to another commerce bank in town and had my account made with no issues. Every time I came in this bank they were busy and it just seemed like I was being passed off. They also told me it would take 2 weeks for a debit card to come but the other commerce bank printed one that day. I truly felt like they didn’t want to take the time to help me due to them being so busy and wanting everything done when they close.

I’m not a huge fan of commerce bank honestly but this location makes my banking simple. Shawn is always very friendly and gets me on my way quickly. Good group of people at this bank. I have been inside one time and it was clean so overall bad company to bank with but good people at this location. 5 stars for these people.

I came in to convert euros back to usd on Monday and was told it be on my account within 48 hours. It has been over 48 hours and commerce customer support said that the transaction isn't even processing on my account . I have been trying to call this branch for over an hour and they will not pick up, and I cannot wait for my money until Friday since it is a holiday tomorrow.

I was recently the victim of fraud with my Commerce debit card. Somehow my Discover credit card was also involved. Some of the issues could be taken care of over the phone (it was the weekend when this happened), but others could not. I wasn't satisfied with the customer service I received from the Commerce representatives on the phone so I went to this branch because the manager, Christian, has been very helpful in the past. He spent over an hour and a half trying to help me untangle the mess caused by these fraudsters. He was patient as I explained my story and asked good questions for better understanding. When I left the branch I felt confident that the issue was resolved. Christian even sent an email later that day to follow up. When it turned out that two days later I was still locked out of my online banking, and I once again received poor customer service by calling the Commerce help line, I returned to this branch and Marilyn, assistant branch manager, was able to help with another issue. That still didn't resolve the issue so I had to return to the bank and this time Christian was able to finally resolve the issue. While I am generally not satisfied with the customer service when I call the help lines at Commerce, I am 100% satisfied with the managers at this branch. Five stars (and more) to my local branch managers. They know how to do customer service right.
