“Great staff! Online said they had a product, but when I got there it was not on the shelf. The clerk at the self checkout was helpful, was able to get another clerk , Joe, to meet me in diary section. Even though the shelf was empty, Joe went to the back and found the item. Very friendly and went above and beyond for customers!”

“After my Kohl's account was deactivated after 20+ years of use; I happened to stop in my local Kohl's to look at some shirts for sale. Only after I inquired after my Kohl's account was deactivated as to why; I was told because of inactivity on my account. A much more proactive way would have been to give me a 40% coupon with a "Haven't seen you for awhile" note or even a Get Well joke card.”
