“I previously left a review of this place 4 years ago but since then I have had nothing but positive interactions and that’s all thanks to the change they made in the manager Marvin. Since Marvin has taken over the Lawrence location we have had nothing but a great experience here. The previous manager was rude and extremely aggressive and not the slightest bit customer focused. He didn’t care about anything but himself. Marvin is the complete opposite. Marvin probably needs to run all of the rent a centers easy going pleasure to work with and makes logical decisions and knows how to speak to customers. All around Marvin is the MVP of rent a center and should 100% be the district manager of these spots.”

“I’ve had cricket for a long time but I want to use my iPad for Uber driving and to activate cell service on it would not have cost just $10 extra as I was expecting but $40. I switched to mint and all their plans have hotspot. So I’ll be paying the same as what I was with cricket and be able to use my iPad with the hotspot from my phone.”

“This review is about the account ending in 4147. The young lady i would like to shout out does not work at this store but he helped me with my customer service the other day. Her name is Melinda. I was fed up and about to leave t mobile but Melinda completely changed my mind. I had a problem that I had been trying to solve for about a week now. Staying on the phone for hours and hours with no avail. The came Melinda. By the way she Handel my problem I had wrongly assumed that she had been with the company for years come to find out, ahe had only been with the company for a year and a half. Her simple motto of treat others like you want to be treated and tell me what I can do for you NOT just what I cant do for you inspired me to write this review. Her call with me should be logged and used for training purposes. Thanks so much for your help and getting to the bottom of my situation. Your awsome and thanks so much”
