Travel experience at a store that is run by people who have no clue what they're doing and do not honor their own rules. We try to shop at Goodwill instead of the big box stores. We came here and picked up about $80 worth of clothing... my wife wanted to try them on...They said the dressing rooms were open till 5:00 p.m. and it was only 4:30 yet they still closed them and would not allow us to use them. So we tossed $80 in clothes on a rack and walked out. Will never come back to this location. Learn how to run a store and abide by your own rules and times.

We had a very nice end table solid wood and 2 storage units that double as end tables solid wood and heavy. Went to drop them off andthey refused them. This store has had crasp for furniture and the store is crazy. Items not displayed just thrown on shelvesI will give you salvation army before I ever try to give nice items to you again. Employee was rude

Store is set up well and kept reasonably clean. Employees were doing as well as expected for the crowd that was there. Prices were so-so... some stuff very overpriced but most within reason for the times we are in. My only suggestion would be to designate where the lines should go. We had been waiting patiently and were cut in front of by people who actually started a line down another aisle. An Asian couple who'd cut in front of us got so rude that I almost walked out . I won't come back... it's not worth the drama

It was awful. They only had one person working the register and there was a major line. I definitely won't be back at this one again.

Gathered an armful of clothing only to find out dressing rooms were closed. When I inquired about it the cashier gave me some excuse that they closed them during Covid and haven’t reopened since.. that was a couple of years ago folks

It is a clean store, but things are over price. I wasn’t that impressed with it. I’m sure that it is worth going back and visiting again, but it was a strike out this time.

First time ever I went into the good will in Lawrence Kansas and the cashier Sarah was very rude to me and my grandma she was rude to her because she gave exact change and was rude to me when I asked for a bag and acted like it was a inconvenience. This is the first time we have ever had this experience so I’m not gonna stop shopping there but this cashier if she was having a bad day or anything that’s no right to take it out on customers and some people need to learn to keep there attitude in check .

The prices are too high I saw some Target brand boots for 19.99 really! for second handThe other thing that bothers me is some of the clothes smell raunchy and getting the smell out is challengingWhen there are half off days you cannot find much of a selection

Dressing rooms are closed you can’t return item for money back. What’s the point if I can’t try the items on prior to buying??

Corporate needs to investigate pricing at this store. It was honestly embarrassing. A pair of rain boots for $75, used Hey Dudes for $30, a kids box that was $5 from Walmart priced at $8, a stained rug for $100, Vera Bradley items priced higher than when they were new, a stained Kate Spade purse for $40. I could go on and on, but seriously don’t waste your time.

Very overpriced items. Waited ten minutes for a second cashier who was already called to come help but never did so out our items back and left. Also stop trying to price stuff from eBay. $100 for a 40 yr old vacuum what is wrong with y’all

I don't mind them increasing prices .. but I believe we should still get 25% off on the discount days for seniors, students and especially veterans ... I'm not a veteran , but I'd respect Goodwill more if they remembered their service.... They will loose out on business because of this change ... I will be donating elsewhere also ...

We'll just call this one The Greedwill...Items are ridiculously overpriced...You may as well buy new, because you're NOT going to save at this particular location.
