“I come here every week, never had an issue until yesterday. The handle of a washing machine wouldn't unlock, trapping me clothes inside. Because it was Sunday evening, I didn't get an answer when I called the "emergency" number they provide but left a message. I called back this morning and he was extremely polite and helpful. He was flexible about when to meet, reimbursed me, and paid for me to wash the load again because of the length of time it took to get back to me. Really appreciate the level of customer service and the willingness to make it right.”
“I appreciate that you get 8 minutes of dry time for a quarter and that the dryers get hot on the high setting.
It isn't the most well kept laundromat in Lawrence so don't expect the tables to be wiped down or the floor to be clean.
I just use the dryers and fold from the dryer into my clothes basket.”
“Nice quiet place to do laundry. The prices for machines were listed in several areas, and broken machines had signs on them. I felt safe while there after dark. I was pleased that the bill changer took up to twenty dollar bills as that was all I had. There is also an ATM on site if needed. Only issue was bathroom was out of hand soap (it looked like the dispenser was broken).”

“Don’t let all the cars parked outside fool you, their are plenty of washers and dryers available!! Every time I come here to do laundry it’s always in and out no wait at all! Theirs a lot of stores around if you choose to walk around of just wait inside with free WiFi!”
