“I went into the store because of an ongoing issue with my fiber WiFi. I was unable to get connected to a real human via the telephone which was extremely frustrating. Malik helped me at the store and stayed on the phone until I got a tech appointment which was extremely helpful! It ended up being an issue outside our setup so we really needed a tech person to show up and she made sure that happened even though she doesn’t actually work in the fiber department! Very grateful!!!”

“I've had Boost Mobile for around 13 years. I've been to the store in Olathe and Lawrence Ks. Staff has been super friendly and helpful. I've called the service center a few times and they are friendly and helpful. I will be with this company forever. Coverage is great, never had problems with losing signal.”

“I’ve had cricket for a long time but I want to use my iPad for Uber driving and to activate cell service on it would not have cost just $10 extra as I was expecting but $40. I switched to mint and all their plans have hotspot. So I’ll be paying the same as what I was with cricket and be able to use my iPad with the hotspot from my phone.”
