“I went in with a broken screen, but decided to get a used cell phone they had in the store. I usually HATE dealing with any sort of cell phone issues, especially buying a new to me one, but I was really blown away by the service I received. All options were explained to me and I never felt pressured in any way. Ruby was just the best ! Once I decided on what I wanted she patiently explained the process to me and quickly got the job done, even offering for me to call in if I had any further questions. I HIGHLY recommend this business and will be referring my friends and family. Thank you!”
“I went into the store because of an ongoing issue with my fiber WiFi. I was unable to get connected to a real human via the telephone which was extremely frustrating. Malik helped me at the store and stayed on the phone until I got a tech appointment which was extremely helpful! It ended up being an issue outside our setup so we really needed a tech person to show up and she made sure that happened even though she doesn’t actually work in the fiber department! Very grateful!!!”

“I’ve had cricket for a long time but I want to use my iPad for Uber driving and to activate cell service on it would not have cost just $10 extra as I was expecting but $40. I switched to mint and all their plans have hotspot. So I’ll be paying the same as what I was with cricket and be able to use my iPad with the hotspot from my phone.”

“Lost my phone and needed to replace it, and the service and kindness of Greg made what would typically feel like a massive headache a very positive experience. Answered all my questions, even when unrelated to the problem at hand. Store was very tidy, and Greg managed to help multiple customers just as enthusiastically as the last in the time I was transferring my iCloud data. I have historically never left a carrier business anything less than peeved, often outright annoyed. Not only was this experience a tier above my typical carrier service, it was outright positive. TCC Verizon has earned my enduring patronage, and I hope everyone can get as good of service as I did”
