Pet World Experience is a huge nature center offering a unique mix of live animals and every pet supply one could need. The animals are a specialty mix of exotics—small, large, common, rare, rescued, rehoming, responsibly collected, or bred—with some swimming, scurrying, or slithering. It provides an interactive community experience where animal lovers can be seen holding birds, touching snakes, and hand-feeding stingrays and giant tortoises. The store has a great selection of everything, including freshwater fish, reptiles, aviary items, and feline and k9 products like freeze-dried raw foods and treats. Many find it the best place to buy fish, with healthier livestock that lives longer than those from chain stores. The staff are consistently described as friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, offering loads of advice on care and tank mates. Prices are viewed as very reasonable by some, though others note increases but still prefer to support the local business. The store is considered worth a significant drive and is a fantastic resource for dedicated pet parents, offering education and community opportunities. Some customers express a wish for a broader selection of specific specialty foods and reptile hides, and a concern over the impulse purchase of exotic animals.
If I could give Pet World 10 out of 5 stars I would. Awesome pet store that has rescues, rehabilitates, and educates. They have an awesome selection of food toys etc, super friendly and helpful staff, and are locally-owned. Big hearts to Pet World! You rule!!!

The employee who helped us was not rushed. He gave us the information we needed to make informed decisions about the fish we wanted to purchase. This is our go-to place for all things aquarium related, and we drive almost an hour to get there.
