“Customer service is great! Fast and friendly! Moving is stressful and this was my first time renting a U-Haul. Having Chris M take me through the process and be so helpful made my moving day that much easier!”
“We came in last minute for a rental for the weekend, and Sarah W. Was absolutely amazing!!! She was not only sweet and informative. She was more than accommodating! Every place was booked and Sarah had the answers to our mess of questions. A huge thank you from my family!”
“I called this location last minute after my reservation was not upheld at another location. Not only were they able to get me a truck, but they even came in early in order to help me so I could stay on my time restriction for Moving. Truck was clean and I had no issues. I would definitely come here again for moving truck services in Lawrence”
