Staff was friendly and helpful. Greeted right away. I needed some tape to seal my box better and She went over my tape to give it a more secure seal. Quick in and out on a busy holiday shipping day.

Both clerks made many mistakes in just a few minutes time. If they have intellectual disabilities they need supervision. I'll be going elsewhere to ship my package

I payed UPS $17 dollars to ship my picture frame. Instead of being delivered to the correct address, it was destroyed while in their possession, and returned to me in its damaged state.I was told any claim I may have had, has already been denied. They further said they could not offer me any discount if I wanted to try and ship out the destroyed package again.I will not be using UPS for any further shipping needs.

SENDER AWARE. I sent this information through the store website on July 5 but have yet to receive any comments from the manager or owner....so I'm posting this publicly.The old adage of "if you want it done right do it yourself" should apply when dealing with the employees at the UPS store on 6th street in Lawrence. My 3 packages were shipped to the wrong address, wrong street name and wrong zip code for my vacation. After learning that my packages weren't going to be delivered, I called the 6th street store and talked with "Hayden" who informed me twice they wouldn't/couldn't do anything to help me, and then informed me "especially after mailing the packages a week ago". Please remember I'm sending packages that had a delivery date 5 days later and I'm calling on day 6.When I asked to speak to a manager, I was again told there was nothing they could do, however I could get online and change the delivery address, although there might be a charge. I indicated I didn't think I should have to pay more money when their employee was the one made the mistakes. The MANAGER told me "that customers should expect mistakes to be made and I should have checked the shipping receipt for information."If I have to provide any level of scrutiny for a person who has supposedly been trained to do this job, I should be allowed to enter the information myself. Then if any error was made, I would truly accept full responsibility of my packages being mislabeled.I thought--expected perhaps--that a manager would have offered to provide some relief just to make sure customers continued to utilize the service and gain a positive outcome for the store as well as a customer. However, I've come to learn that this manager would rather blame the customer than work for the customer.I am saddened if it is truly a policy of the company or of the owner of this store to rely on "the customer signing the shipping receipt" as a way to avoid showing compassion or empathy, or perhaps working outside of the box to help someone in even the smallest way. If in fact this is the case, then I will use other services, and will ensure all of my contacts know of this "customer service".

Was able to be in and out with my Amazon return package. Have not had an issue with service and the employee was nice!

Customer service is never consistent. Everyone always looks so down and just unhappy. Thankful that they are there to make sure my business merchandise gets shipped out, but the few minutes spent and the counter always makes me want to cry for them. They seem so miserable. I hope things get better.

They REALLY helped me here. I was new to town. I didn't even have a mailing address. My tags expired on my vehicle. I needed an address to receive my new vehicle registration cards and tags. They let me receive it here as a one-time courtesy without charging me $. I REALLY appreciate their service.

Always an insanely slow line takes 15 minutes to drop a return off… Whenever there isn’t a line the service is usually fine. Location on Clinton Pkwy is much better.

When the other store on 31st was closed this was the next closest store. I had never had a problem the couple of times I had gone here before. I dropped off my Amazon gel nail polish return and apparently the associate really liked it because she never scanned it in and didn't give me a tracking number like usual. I had other shipping things I was doing and didn't notice till after I got home. I never recvd my refund. I called Amazon and they refunded it to me, but I am not sure what action they take with the UPS store if any. I won't go back to this store ever again. If u call to let them know about what happened no one answers the phone.

I had to drop by to return something for Amazon and the lady in front of me had NO clue what she was doing with a box full of Amazon returns, and she just had to tell her whole life story. The two young men working the front of the store were so kind, helpful and professional. They worked quickly to help everyone.

Counter person at Lawrence, KS location suggested I go across the street to the post office for passport photos while she stood under their sign that offered passport photos. Their website also offers passport photos - nope, not here.

I love the energy of the new staff! I’ve been coming to this UPS for years, within the past few months the new members are so upbeat and I always leave with a smile on my face from their humor. Go Kennedy, Bri, and Anthony! You are the definition of how customer service should be.
