Went there around 12:45 on Monday. They had 4 people working the desk. Everyone seemed happy to be working there. Never had a more pleasant experience at a post office before. Very fast and easy.

I went to get my Passport. Melissa was very helpful. I had never done it before, so I had to ask her to repeat herself several times while I filled out missing sections. She was patient and made the process very easy!

Jin Ching handed me my mail this morning as I was trying to hang up an outdoor wreath. He did it for me as I am barely able to walk after an injury and a recent surgery. Thank you so much Sir! He deserves a raise!!

Melissa helped me with a change of address and with getting a proof of address for the DMV. She went above and beyond, and was incredibly kind, professional, and understanding. The office itself was very well staffed, and I was helped quickly. Best experience I have had at a post office.

Had a great experience with a very helpful and friendly clerk named Melissa R. I wasn’t planning on purchasing stamps, however, I ended up getting them when she asked if I needed them. I had actually forgotten that I’d ran out. Loved her personality.

The people here are so great. Not just friendly, but truly on it. I dropped off some packages and forgot to put postage stamps on them. I'm an artist and always cover my packages with ink stamps of my drawings. Someone at the post office recognized my artwork, no return address, no name, but recognized them on the artwork alone, shelved the packages and put a notice to pick them up in my PO Box. I'm blown away they did that. It's attention to detail and just care for the work. Thank you so much, Lawrence Vermont Street Post Office. You're the freakin best.

I've had excellent service every time I've visited the post office. The staff move quickly and efficiently and are always cheerful. The help me with any questions and have found my the cheapest option every time. Melissa and Ian have been especially helpful. They made the process of returns easy!
The AC is kinda weak though. It would be good to have that fixed

Every time I go in, they are nothing but kind, helpful, and patient given how busy they always are. Also, they have to put up with silly people like me, and they do it very well! Highly recommend going if you have postal service needs and inquiries! ☺️
