Stay clear of this location. If your phone is broken, expect to spend days back and forth between the store, Asurion, and customer service via phone. No clear communication exists between the three and they are more concerned about selling additional products, versus resolving the actual issue.
Additionally, they took my debit card to the back of the store which I found really strange. Later that night my card was compromised and I had to cancel it, after someone fraudulently charged $84.00 with Uber, and were declined with Lyft.
If you want to keep your sanity and money, I suggest finding another provider , or a different location that is managed by someone with competence and compassion.

I was a loyal customer for 5 years my bill kept going up, and they couldn’t explain then when I got feed up with them I switch to AT&T Verizon double charged me, and refused to refund me after three other billing employees told me they would, and keep an eye for my refund but it never happened so if you liked being lied and, paying for insurance that covers nothing go with Verizon!!!

Had a huge run around with my old carrier. They dealt with the other companies giving me a run around. They were direct with them and helpful with us. Absolutely amazing service, they made everything as streamlined as possible.

Clueless support! Daughter went in for phone issue and was told phone is out of warranty even though we pay monthly for an extended warranty. Ridiculous!!!

Couldn’t get ahold of anyone on the phone multiple times throughout the day. Seems like they don’t want to answer their phones.

Customer service in the store is awesome. Customer service through the my Verizon stuff on the phone sucks. I am being charged for 3 extra lines that I don't have. When I call I was told a 7 mi wait and have ow been on hold for an hour.

This store allowed my soon to be ex husband to go into their store and takeover my entire account. She asked no questions, assisted in changing the name on my account to his and made it impossible for me to log in to my account right before the bill came out. I have had this account for over 3 years now and added him on about 1 year ago and not a single question was asked and apparently no security measures were taken. I had no idea my personal information had no protection and I hope not all stores are run this way. I have finally gained access back to my account and was able to find the receipt on with the information to the store that was responsible for allowing this to happen. I will be calling to make a formal complaint and hope that employees are better trained in the future. This could be huge in preventing future headaches for other families who are going thru a pretty ugly separation and doesn’t need any added stressors to the situation.

Professional, courteous and friendly customer service! My situation was difficult and the agents in the store did everything they could to help me out. Would recommend!

They are charging 10.00 transaction fee's to get help from a customer representative. Just upgraded my plan and added a phone to the bill and they maxed out the bill as much as they could, it went from 70.00 to 200.00 dollars within the month that I changed it and by the time the bill came I was certainly surprised. Well, you can guess what I am about to do and that is change my phone company from one that tries to take advantage of me and thinks I am an idiot. Your heard earned money will be better spent else where.
Service is not that great and the data they provide is slow and doesn't work either.

Verizon is the best carrier. I am older in age(younger in mind) but I am still learning about passwords , devices etc. Dom and Gerry at the Lawrence Kansas Verizon were wonderful with all of my questions about getting Netflix, MAX etc for $ 20 a month. Dom signed me up. I made the comment that I already had Hulu etc but not with Verizon and my lap top and IPhone are not in sink. Dom said bring in your phone and Iaptop, we get everything matched. Came in, Dom was busy, Gerry manager helped. I am leaving with everything matching. I want to say this above and beyond. I really appreciate their customer service. I would have never figured everything out. Thank you for helping an old lady Verizon is the best Thank you Dom and Gerry

Employee was welcoming and pleasant. Did not have what I needed in stock and did not suggest an alternative - apparently have to search online. Was not able to help with my issue - have to go online/use the app. So... why have a brick-and-mortar store?

This location had 8 people working so it was really fast. In and out. Don't go to the one on 6th street that has only 2 people working.
