This location is awesome, However I just cannot take the prejudice and racist behaviors of the corporate offices. It is really ashame that all of the hard genuine work that the employees at the actual stores put into creating healthy relationships with customers, gets screwed over by corporate. Iam sorry, I seriously cannot take you all anymore

they scammed us. they have their sales people try to 'upsell' customers when they add a phone to a plan. i sent her in to get my kid added to our plan for 20$, the told her it was going to 'require' another 18 $/month on top of that for fees. 6 months later i look into it and it was not necessary, but an elective that was upsold to us from a lying rep that said it was mandatory. No refunds they say over the phone so they'll get a belligerent greeting romorrow morning.

Where do I Begin? Well, let’s just say that after experiencing the horrible odor in the store not to mention attached to the employees as well. I stand there, trying to keep myself together as someone I recognize from somewhere as the manager and a group of people that just don’t seem to want to do business with me, so because I didn’t have my ID in person which come to find out is something that he could have overlooked when I talkd to the corporate office because he did recognize me as I did him did he then refuse my service my money and tell me that there was nothing he could do for me as he shrugged his shoulders like an old, desperate date that you discarded 10 years ago. Not only was he out of date obviously still upset. My shock is that how disgusting and horribly pungent the store smelled as well as the employees it smelled like a high school gym. funky. But then to get treated, humiliated and embarrassed in such a way that’s OK. I went to Best Buy and bought a phone through Verizon with my ID. so all he did was really nothing which makes it obvious thats what that store and the management have been doing for quite some time.

Verizon been overcharging us for I dont how many years! You just use to paying the bill every month and dont realize how much you can save at AT&T. So dropped Verizon and now get treated better and the bill almost half the monthly cost! Verizon sucks!!! You will see it to some day.

My family and I have been Verizon customers for many years. For the vast majority of that time, we've had the best service of anyone around. Unfortunately, Verizon hasn't stayed up with the times. This fall, my wife and I can't get a single bar of service at every college football game we have attended. In fact, my nephew (an ATT customer) allowed myself and two other Verizon customers to use his cell phone as a hotspot at last weekend's Kansas game. Other ATT customers are streaming games on their phone from the hill, yet we can't even receive or send text messages. I'm thinking maybe this would be a great commercial for ATT by showing multiple Verizon usages accessing an ATT hot spot for internet, and text service. For the first time in many years, I'll will be investigating a different cell phone service. Verizon customer service has you go through some reset steps, which are ridiculous because it is a signal/service issue.
