They do not work on apple products so couldn't rate them fairly. Was very nice about it though. He really liked talking.

He has not worked on anything of mine. But when I called about getting my phone repaired he stated that they do not fix phones anymore but he was so nice so friendly and offered me so many other services and options that could possibly help me get my phone fixed and I really appreciate that.
